APC Overnight sold Personal Data in a hessian sack containing thousands of entries for a ‘Holiday for Life’ competition organised by the Daily Record and Direct Holidays.

This bag of data should have been securely destroyed at the very least as all competition entries included personal data also know as personally identifiable information of names and addresses.

To date, APC Overnight deny they have done nothing wrong as the sketchy inventory lists give no details about what they sold on.

Unfortunately, there is a mountain of evidence against them as the same source also acquired a bag of documents marked for shredding that came from APC Overnight’s depots.
