Having viewed the documents, they ignored the letterhead that made reference to a solicitors firm acting on behalf of one of the defendants as well as the delivery packet itself which was addressed to a barristers chambers.
These documents contained details of the case including call records supplied by the mobile phone networks and interview tapes from Leicestershire Police Constabulary.
Have googled the case, there was a report of the trial being delayed around the time these documents were declared lost and subsequently sold on by APC.
