When we confronted APC Overnight about them profiting off the loss of their customers, they simply consulted their lawyers and got them to do some research and draft a response that stated the Tort of Interference with Goods Act allowed them to sell goods.

We looked into this Act and discovered that it required them to take reasonable to step to trace goods back to their owners before resale.

In this example, APC Overnight ignored the Packaging Note which made reference to the sender Kevin Glancy Limited who currently trade as Glancy Fawcett with clients who may undertake private aircraft and super yacht projects.
