The documents included surveyor’s report including valuations for Bank of Scotland from Allied Surveyors, cost reports from GC Baxter & Associates, land registry documents from Fraser Dawbarns solicitors.
In fact APC Overnight have sold on a wealth of documents that would make ideal case studies for would-be property developers.
